Group Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious individual to build strong relationships with new clients and manage the strategic direction of the business.  Defined as products, experiences and services – connecting communities and providing opportunities on a global landscape. This is a stellar role for a determined individual with experience to expand existing clientele and apply effective sales strategies.

This role holds a key position in the organisation, the ideal candidate must possess leadership skills and the demonstrated ability to collaborate between stakeholders and clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in BDM and excellent communication skills.

Expected prior experience + skills

  • Strong sales acumen and relationship building

  • B2B new corporate client partnerships 

  • Experience in proactive engagement generating new leads

  • Proven experience in development of new initiatives

  • Experience building superior relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Creating strong business cases and making recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to significantly contribute to business growth

  • Leader who is willing to think big and look for opportunities

  • Initiate and develop new business channels to drive sales growth

  • Manage the logistics of businesses on different time zones
