We offer 1 and 3 month courses that cover a curriculum of important industry modules and protocols. This includes a selection of core massages, body treatments, facials and hammam protocols. Our unique ‘X Factor” module delivers everything a therapist or receptionist needs to make them stand out from the crowd, with subjects covering team work, anticipating guest needs, Spa KPIs and retailing, amongst many other key topics. General Manager - Asia
Rachael is a vibrant leader with more than ten years of proven success in concept & branding, high volume multi-unit operations, and business development for luxury spas across Asia and The Americas. Most recently, Rachael was responsible for supporting the operations and development of spas throughout Asia Pacific as a Regional Wellness Specialist with Hyatt. She is passionate about the development of the next generation of wellness leaders and inspiring others to unlock their ambition.
General Manager - Middle East
Zoe has been in the international spa industry for over 13 years with vast experience in spa operations, pre-opening set up and concept design. She managed the pre-opening at Atlantis the Palm which at the time, was the biggest spa in the Middle East, with 27 treatment rooms and a team of 100+ staff. Zoe also worked at Anantara on the Palm which became a Minor flagship property in the Middle East and the spa achieved some of the highest spa revenue within the spa division, not only in the UAE but on an international level. Zoe most recently worked for Natura Bissé, focusing on business development with spas in the GCC, Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles and India, and she has also worked with Steiner Cruise ships managing spas on some of their biggest vessels.
