ELECTROLOGIST
Duties:
Carries out a range of treatments to an extremely high standard
Able to conduct consultations independently and close sales
Assist with admin/ reception duties
Assist the management team
Become a mentor to junior electrologist
Achieve consistently high targets
Build a regular client base
Ensure treatment areas are of a consistent high standard
Can contribute to the growth of the business, come up with new ideas
To be a role model to other therapists
Carries out any other reasonable tasks requested by the management team to aid the smooth running of the business.
Requirements:
Must have a diploma in beauty therapy or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience with electrolysis
Experience in beauty treatments
Skincare background
Laser hair removal experience will be an advantage
License as a Beauty Therapist is a must
Proven track record of high sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Socially perceptive - aware of other’s reactions and understanding why they react the way they do
Very good spoken and written English skills; spoken Arabic is an advantage
Good organisational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work on your own initiative, with little to no supervision
Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues

SUPERVISOR
Must be based in Abu Dhabi
Duties:
Supervise the operation of the clinic, including treatments in accordance with the needs and demands of guests, management and the local market trends.
Provide supervision, direction, leadership and continuous training to the Spa & Massage staff.
Assist the General Manager in setting up Spa & Massage services, including grooming and appearance of the facilities and staff.
Assist the General Manager in recruiting staff, establishing menu and pricing.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the industry, preferably in supervisory position.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong knowledge in aesthetic and beauty treatments.
Spirit of leadership and team player with good interpersonal skill.
Friendly, energetic, customer-driver and outgoing personality.

CALL CENTRE AGENT
Duties:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
Management and resolve customer complaints
Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Provide product and service information to customers
Research required information using available resources
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
Process orders, forms, and application
Route calls to appropriate resources
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Upsell products and services
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Fluent English and must speak Arabic
University/college degree is an asset
Familiarity with phone systems
Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
Good organisational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work on your own initiative
Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
