SPA OPERATIONS MANAGER | SPA THERAPIST | SPA RECEPTIONIST


SPA OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain standard work schedule based upon spa location needs

  • Develop and maximise the spa schedule

  • Maintain and manage a high level of guest service, and ensuring that all spa team members are upholding brand standards for guest service

  • Oversee spa teams’ execution of all spa processes, ensuring accuracy, effectiveness and efficiency

  • Communicate and train spa team members on process changes and developments, ensuring their full understanding

  • Manage growth and development of all spa team members

  • Maintain the spa space to company standards

  • Follow and manage all spa operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be female

  • At least 5 years of experience as a manager in a spa

  • Schedule flexibility with the ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional attention-to-detail

  • Strong organisation and prioritization skills

  • Ability to multi-task

SPA THERAPIST

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a variety of beauty/wellness services

  • Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products

  • Keep documentation and maintain clients files

  • Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations

  • Suggest and promote retail products of additional services

  • Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations

  • Cooperate with and report on administration on any arising issues

  • Apply best practices and be up-to-date with market trends

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be female

  • At least 3 years experience

  • Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies

  • Must be certified from an internationally recognized accreditation

  • Able to speak in Arabic is an advantage

  • Communication and customer service skills

  • Positive attitude

  • User level computer skills

SPA RECEPTIONIST

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls 

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be female

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

  • Prior experience with sales is a must

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Customer service attitude
