TCM Director | Specialist Dermatology | Client Relations and Business Development Lead | Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive


TCM Director

Dubai

General Responsibilities:

  • Meet with patients as per the scheduled appointments

  • Discuss treatment options and preventative measures

  • Treat patients according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practices

  • Maintain patient records

  • Monitor patients' progress

  • Ensure all safety, infection, quality and environmental procedures and rules are in place

  • Encourage multi-disciplinary teamwork

  • Adhere to the company’s Mission and Vision as well as Policies and Procedures

  • To provide administrative support for the company as required

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a TCM Doctor is mandatory

  • Previous overseas experience required, but not essential

  • Acupuncture licensed criteria to be fulfilled as per DHA Guidelines

  • Maintains licensure as required

  • Graduated from an accredited institute

  • Should have strong communication skills (both written & verbal)

  • Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Should be presentable, have good manners and be well-spoken at all times since we deal with a lot of high-end clients

  • Knowledge of organisation policies, procedures and systems

  • Knowledge of computer systems and applications

  • Knowledge of government regulations and requirements

  • Skill in planning, organising, delegating and supervising

  • Skill in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and patients

  • Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgement, decision-making and problem-solving expertise

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word/Excel and able to answer formal emails as well as bookings

Specialist Dermatology

Al Ain & Dubai

General Responsibilities:

  • Consult, diagnose and provide treatment to patients who are interested in improving their skin’s aesthetic condition

  • Conduct a competent physical assessment using all resources at hand, observation and communication

  • Conduct complete skin examinations

  • Perform various cosmetic procedures such as Botox injections, chemical peeling, collagen fillers, laser hair removal, sclerotherapy, PRP and microdermabrasion etc.

  • Provide treatment of facial skin to maintain and improve its appearance, including understanding about the sun and its effect on the skin

  • Participate and provide clinical leadership in the development and review of appropriate protocols that support consistent care

  • Ensures timely and accurate documentation of all patients records according to the company’s standards

  • Ensure all patients have their needs met and receive appropriate attention

  • Ensure that all procedures are in compliance with regulatory standards

  • Influences and facilitates change within the department in order to improve standards of care

  • Anticipates, recognizes and manages emergencies, and unsafe situations/practice, and initiates appropriate and timely intervention

  • Promotes an environment that enables patient safety, independence, quality of life and health

  • Keeps updated with the latest innovation and advancements in the area of expertise

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Dermatology

  • Western Board certified preferred

  • The ideal candidate must have a relevant medical license to practice in the UAE or be eligible to obtain a Specialist License

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Dermatologist

  • Must have experience in PRP, anti-aging mesotherapy, microdermabrasion, derma roller, skin rejuvenation, etc.

  • Analytical, quantitative and communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Practical knowledge of hospital operations

  • Be computer literate in Microsoft Word/Excel

Client Relations and Business Development Lead

Al Ain

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and steady progress towards established goals

  • Observing and maintaining all details that enhance patient satisfaction

  • Educates patients on all the services provided

  • Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness standards of the facility are maintained

  • Communicates with staff and makes sure that the clinic is always adequately supplied

  • Maintains confidentiality at all times in accordance with the company policies, data protection and privacy legislation

  • Maintains a safe patient and work environment

  • Handles emergencies or difficult situations calmly and patiently

  • Responds to and handles patient complaints

  • Covers front desk duties as required, to ensure quality assurance is maintained

  • Prepares daily reports, no show reports, cancellation reports and other patient related reports

  • Prepares CRM booking reports on a weekly basis and ensures the marketing team is provided with appropriate patient lists on a regular basis

  • Develops new relationships and lead revenue-generating initiatives to boost sales

  • Promotes strategic growth for the business by identifying leads and closing transactions with a concentration on continuously developing and driving new business initiatives

  • Builds and nurtures relationships with new and existing clients

  • Seeks opportunities which allow the brand to leverage its capabilities for success, and target aspects which create higher competitor advantage

  • Understands the competition, the business model and the client base etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent (minimum)

  • At least 6 years’ working experience in healthcare or service industry required

  • Supervisory experience required

  • Previous experience in managing a physician’s office outpatient clinic is preferred

  • Should have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required (written & verbal)

  • Should have practical knowledge of hospital/clinic operations

  • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word/Excel

  • Must have experience with computerized billing/registration systems

  • Should have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services

  • Should have the ability to prioritize and problem solve

  • Should maintain sensitivity and objectivity to chronic medical and social problems

  • Should relate well to patients, families, co-workers and physicians

  • Must have knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive

General Responsibilities:

  • Manage enquiries received from Instagram, Facebook and the company Website, working closely within the marketing team to ensure information is current and relevant

  • Answer email enquiries and assist with inquiries from all franchises

  • Manage Live Chat enquiries, capturing data, attending to queries for UAE and London and assisting with appointments

  • Responsible for providing accurate and timely information from all sources, sharing all leads for UAE & London with the respective teams and with the respective branches for appointments

  • Create reports to share with Marketing such as the number of online enquires from Live Chat, from the Website and from other lead sources

  • Liaising with the various departments to ensure the customer database is updated and all relevant information recorded

  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing Customer Feedback

  • Follow up on enquiries and investigate the reasons behind any appointments not booked, any cancellations etc. with the aim to convert viable leads into clients

  • Post-treatment follows up for all new clients in the UAE (by phone) to record their feedback on their experience, analyze their responses and communicate areas of improvement to the concerned departments

  • Responsible for promoting Sales by assisting with lead generations, utilizing all resources to increase the number of leads, turn leads into conversions and bring in new clients through networking, events, personal contacts, etc.

  • Provide progress analysis on lead generations and conversions

  • Develop ideas and proposals to promote the business

  • Recommend and introduce promotions or new offerings, if required, based on customer feedback

  • Assist with and participate in events, exhibitions and marketing campaigns

  • Communicate with internal and external partners to exceed customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or another relevant subject

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a customer service/sales/marketing environment

  • Ability to read, write and speak in Arabic is preferable

  • Should have excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Should be presentable, have good manners and be professional at all times

  • Should be proficient in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external parties
