Spa Manager - Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Spa by SensAsia is a sanctuary away from frantic Dubai with a bespoke spa concept – you choose how you relax, replenish and revive. The spa operator is looking for a Spa Manager to oversee all aspects of operations and lead the staff.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in a leadership role (Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Manager position)
- Previous experience working in a 5-star spa or hotel environment
- Key skills include understanding of hotel operations, understanding of profit and loss statements, and knowledge and able to create and work towards KPI
- Able to problem solve and think analytically, have a keen attention to detail, desire to drive business and sales, have a positive outlook and able to inspire and motivate the team.
- Open to all nationalities, but candidate must already be located in the UAE.

- Salary: AED 15,000
