Spa Connectors is currently recruiting experienced candidates for a unique wellness studio in Dubai, UAE that provides their clients with advanced technology to heal and repair muscle pain, improve performance, increase speed of recovery, support ageing and weight loss. The ideal candidates must already be located in the United Arab Emirates.
CLINIC MANAGER
Duties:
Responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership
Assisting with customer service and satisfaction
Enhancing profitability by organising and delivering an appropriate range of fitness activities and programmes
Maintaining fitness equipment
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Maintaining customer service standards
Undertaking administrative tasks
Promoting and marketing the business
Dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies
Requirements:
5 or more years of experience in the same position
Must have prior management experience
Qualified in physiotherapy, somotology, anatomy or technician
Must have prior massage therapy experience
Proficient in English; able to communicate in Arabic is an advantage
Knowledge of using slimming or advanced wellness machines
Computer skills, such as MAC, Fresha, Word and Excel
Candidate must be female
Package:
Basic salary of AED 8,000
Transport and housing allowance
Annual leave
48 working hours per week

TECHNICIAN
Duties:
Maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with every client
On-board new clients, obtain waivers and create Client Profiles in our POS
Checking-in and retailing out customer sessions on our POS
Greeting customers and ushering them to their service of choice
Administering company’s wellness services
Providing service tours, selling packages & memberships
Executing opening and closing duties
Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products that we can offer to clients to support and enhance their goals
When not with clients, assisting in other store operations: maintaining store cleanliness, maintaining laundry upkeep, assisting in customer lead reach out, assist in community outreach, assist in creating store events, and assist in social media efforts
Requirements:
3 or more years of experience in the same position
Qualified in physiotherapy, somotology, anatomy or technician
Proficient in English; able to communicate in Arabic is an advantage
Knowledge of using slimming or advanced wellness machines
Candidate must be female
Package:
Basic salary of AED 6,000
Transport and housing allowance

RECEPTIONIST
Duties:
Responsible for greeting visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner
Responsible for maintaining the health club facilities and ensuring that the resources are used efficiently
Handle general administrative tasks like written correspondence, distributing parcels and updating calendars
Responsible for collecting feedback from members on the service and update the same to the Branch Manager
Schedule appointments
Other duties as assigned
