Wellness Hotel / Rabat, Malta. Opening Q2 2025

Delivery: A seamless guest journey was crafted to ensure wellness is woven into every aspect of the hotel experience - from F&B to housekeeping.

A comprehensive revenue strategy was developed with a focus on creating customizable wellness programs to drive high revenue, and extensive training was provided to the sales, reservations, and operational teams to enable them to lead and execute this strategy.

Additionally, software and AI solutions were integrated into the guest journey creation to enhance personalization and efficiency.

Our role: Spa Connectors developed the wellness concept for Verdala from the ground up, creating a distinctive identity for the property, positioning Malta as a wellness destination, and establishing AX Group as a credible operator for wellness hotels.
